loading system sucks

<p>yesterday I loaded a R100.00 for the week and received a slip proof that money was loaded to my surprise this morning when tapping in ony way to work the card displayed insufficient funds. How does one get a slip yet money is not loaded in the card next thing o check my balance ot displayed R5 and as per norm I throw away the slips after</p> <p>loading as they are proof that the card was loaded. And worse part is that the consultant said there money she made had no xyra amount ao what happened to my R100.00</p>
