Insufficient card on loaded card

<p>Yesterday at around past 6 to 7 I went to load my revaya card with an amount of R380 and to my surprise this morning card said insufficient funds, went to query it with the receipt in my hand and was advised to wait for the person who loaded my card because I was in a hurry to go to work I bought a single trip and when I came back from work I went there again to find someone else who told me I had to wait for Saturday for that person to come back and for now I need to buy return or single trips, does that little rude insensitive b***h think I took the money to load that card from a money tree...is that how reavaya makes money from people because really this is not on...why do you even bother have those" a query without a receipt won't be attended to" writting if you are not going to assist with a receipt in my hand that is so *********** of u and unprofessional how the hack am I supposed to get to work in the mean time? By a boat? Ag man this people are just useless and I just want money loaded in my card because I don't have money growing on trees to load my card and be told bull**** for something that is not even my fault</p>
