Inconvenience

Your company is so inconsiderate, firstly you know lot of people went back to work. People who were using trains are now using Re ya vaya. Your buses are always full and we are not getting service we have paid for. I have been late for work twice this week because of the lack of competence and consideration from your company. Most of us will we using taxis as an alternative is Re ya vaya going to refund us the money we’ve used for our tags so that we can pay for our taxi fares?

By the time your buses get to Boomtown Orlando they are full, buses from Ellis park are full by the time they get to Luthuli house. So what do we do in this case?

Put more buses to accommodate us, put in a system that works for us because we paid for this service and stop looking at the bigger pie that only works for you!!! Waiting time has increased from 30 minutes to hours to no transport at all. If you are failing as a company then give us back our money and we’ll revert back to taxis because the convenience you promised we most definitely not getting!
