inaccuracy in loading

<p>On 4 August 2016 I went to the Reavaya station at Ndingilizi Soweto to load my card with R50. The guy gave me the slip and I left.</p> <p>Used the card for 2 trips to and from UJ Soweto and the card already gave me a low balance warning. I went to review my slip and it showed different transaction that it usually does when I load; I will attach the slip so that it may be reviewed and I need them to confirm if that is correct and if R50 was the amount loaded on that day. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated because it might be a small amount but who knows what else is happening with regards to loading our cards. and correct me if I am really reading the slip wrong. For your record I went to the station yesterday and they cannot explain what happened. Apologies could not load the slip but it shows purse value is R12.30</p>
