Horrible customer service

The rea vaya staff are so rude to commutors, the man that was helping me at thokoza Park on Monday at 12 didn't care what I had to say he just kept throwing his hand at me , and later on that day I had a lady at library gardens going back to Soweto at 17:43 that didn't want to refill a bus tag for me.
