"Horrible Customer Service"

<p>I am so disgusted with the "Extremely Poor" service that we as commuters have to endure from Reavaya Buses. For this whole week reavaya buses are not arriving at the stations on time in the afternoon.</p> <p>Commuters have to wait for almost an hour to 2hrs max waiting for the buses, and when they do come the buses are full; then it will take close to 30 minutes if not an hour again for another bus to appear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how Reavaya treats their paying Commuters? Are we subjected to this "disgusting service" because they do not have a competitor that we can run to? </p> <p> </p> <p>I had to wait for almost 1hr & 30 minutes with my little baby on my back at the Reavaya station next to Wolmarans Street (waiting for T1 back home) and this has been happening since from Monday. And whats worse is the Staff at the station cannot even explain to commuters what the problem is; it seems they are in the Dark as much as we commuters are.</p> <p>Please put your house in order and get this sorted- out and learn to appreciate and deliver good service to your clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Angry commuter</p> <p> </p>
