Good customer service

I received an excellent good customer service from Keabetswe and her colleague, i went to ghost town station to inquire about my son, was nowhere to be found,if they didn't see him after school, i produced the photo of my son, they knew him and managed to tell me that he did not come this afternoon, it motivated me that this people they are not just sitting there they know their customers, well done guys, can they please be rewarded with something?
