Forever Offline Industria Station

Rea vaya stations are always offline when you need to load your card for the month. Industria station I went there today 3rd September 2018 at 13:05 was told the system isn't working. Went back again and was told again the system is offline this was at 14:21. When I peeped at the screen, it said touch screen, this lady did not even attempt to help but very quick to tell us it is offline. I have to ride up and down looking for a station that is actually online so that I can load. Your service is very poor and you need to hire people who actually enjoying helping others. It is unnecessary that we have to struggle like this. I wish some ombudsman can check you guys out or just test one of your stations to see the ******* we have to deal with.
