F9 Buses Incompetency

I want to lay a complaint in regards to one of the routine buses (F9). These buses are never on time, the drivers are rude, they don’t use the route. This is stressful that you are made to wait 50 minutes for these buses to appear. This happens on a daily.

Whoever that’s in charge of the Mapetla route (F9), please look into this. We want to see change
