EXTREMELY RUDE--UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I took a bus from Dobsonville going to town and the bus machine to swipe our tag was off--then we went to Orlandom branch, werre only one machine was working and the bus driver wanted us to leave as he did not want to wait for us saying that we will swipe at the next station in town. my bus stopped at west gate, as this is my drop off point. the ladies there, did not want to swipe my card for me--rudely saying that why didn't i swipe it at orlando station and i tried to explain politely what happened yet they continued to be rude, and it is unacceptable to be called names by the staff. i immediately contacted the Marshall from Dobsonville for him to explain to them the reason for the swiping of my card. he is alson a witness to the utter rudeness from these ladies, they refused to speak to him. one of the ladies even tried to intimated me by coming towards me, and this will be on your cc cameras. this is ridiculous treatment andmin demand an apology from those ladies. if not i will take this further. your staff need to learn how to treat customers with respect.
