She has no pleasant way of speaking to people,she is very arrogant it seems like she's forgotten her purpose of being at work is to service the customers. Was looking into filling my tag she tells me they of line I should buy a single trip, however the manner she used was just not appropriate because she was pulling her face at me started waving her hand when I told her I'm not hpy about having to buy a single trip as it will cost me more nd take me out of my budget nd she asked what must she do that's not her problem I must find an alternative becoz its none of her business how I'm getting out of budget. I askedasked her why is she being rude she says I should not make my problems hers when I ask her what her name is she gives it to me and laughs and tells me I can call customer care when I asked who get manager is she tells me I should call customer care and find out from there.
