Extremely bad service.

I live in a area cslled Noordgesig,Soweto. Mostly the service is wonderful. I have had a few bad experiences with regards to the Noordgesig,Soweto ticket office. They never have tickets available and of late they keep saying we offline. I dont understand that the bus service has not picked up that they losing valuable customers. They are rude and unhelpful. They send u away and say go and get aother transport. Ihave email the company twice, they hust dont acknowledge the emails. Pity such a lovely company does not care.
