Extremely bad customer service...

<p>I have been travelling with rea vaya for a while now, but i have to say the servce has gone pear shape this year. Buses take 45 min on peak hour onstead of 10 min as was previously done. It seems as if the customers from art gallery and calton center take preference because those stations buses run smoothly. Who is in charge to see that buses are called when stations are full. It is quite rediculous to despatch a few buses and let customers suffer when every week and eveey moth they load tags. And your system is too quick to penelise should u have forgotten to tap out... which happens mostly coz the tap in n out machine does not work. Fix it or loose customers coz i am personally going to start a #rea vaya must fall movement. Drivers dont wait to see that all passangers have got of the bus, they are too quick to close doors and pull of.SERVICE REALLY SUC****!</p>
