Exploiting the poor

I was at the rea vaya station at 20:35 tonight, I ask the security guard to tap out for me they refused. I explained to them that on the bus I was on the night before I couldn't tap out because the system was off. The said they don't care it is a new company rule. I told them that if I tap in without tapping out it charge me a penalty fee they said they dont care and they didn't let me in. At that time of the night I had to walk to Carlton to look for alternative transport. My question is if your machines are not working why must we suffer? Why my we be charged penalty fees? This takes out of budget. This transport system was promoted as the cheapest modem of transport for the poor but now we r being exploited charged penalties when it is yr fault that yr systems r not working. What I don't understand is the morning's and during the day u allow us to tap out anywhere yet at night when we only have one last bus to board we r not allowed so u want yr paying customers to sleep in the streets and get ****d and ****** by hobos? There were so many hobos along side commissioner street as I was walking to Carlton centre, I thank God I got home safe. Thanx for nothing
