Disrespectful drivers and Ontdekkers rd

Today I need to report this, I am very cross with this system where drivers treat passengers as if they ride for free, no respect at all. This morning, a C5 bus with number 581 from Florida the driver decided to drive in the middle lane and as a result passing passengers waiting at a bus stop. This was just the bus stop just before left turn at Total filling station going towards Hellen Joseph hospital. Despite the fellow passengers efforts of pleading to him to stop he didn't. They however tried to run after the bus as the bus slowed down at the intersection and they did get at least 10m from the bus but he quickly drove off. Anyway it didn't take long before he (driver) ask us to all leave the bus at Hellen Joseph as the bus broke down.

Please address this Rea Vaya as I'm tired of being disrespected by your drivers on a daily basis. I know how it feels like to see a bus drive past you for no reason. Your drivers don't obey traffic rules they seem to think they have right of way at every intersection. I'm yet to see a Rea Vaya bus driver wait for the green bus sign to go off before they drive away. I shall be waiting for your response regarding this and perhaps when you do also say when will C5 buses decide on which side of the road they want to drive on Ontdekkers road because that's another problem we have there and its been going on for years. I have complained about it so many times, another disrespect for passengers from Rea Vaya managemant.
