Disgusted by ReaVaya drivers...

I am very unhappy with the service I received from one of your drivers this morning. I waited for F12 via St Andrews since 09;50 and only got the bus around 10;25. While waiting about 3 buses going via Queens passed and I did not takes Queens because it takes long and leaves me at a walking distance from my work place and it is not save.

I took the F12 St Andrews bus at Kerk street. When we got to Braamfontein another F12 St Andrews was behind us and the drivers decided amongst themselves they will change roots and my bus will go via Queens which at the time did not understand. When we got to the traffic lights at Empire road 2 people were told to get onto the other bus and the driver took via Queens' direction. I told the driver that the bus is written via St Andres and he told I should have gotten off with the ladies at the robot, since when do we change buses at the reboots and how was I supposed to know?

I got off at the park which is not save at all and had walk to work. If I knew this would happened, I could have taken a bus via Queens but I specifically waited 30mintes for a bus going via St Andrews. The driver didn’t even apologize and he refused to give me his name, I told him that I am going to report the incident. Bus number is 586.

I am very disappointed because this is not the first this happens and it looks like do as they please on the F12 route and Parktown is flooding with hobos which is why we wait for the bus that drops us off at our nearest destination. I need feedback on this matter, I could have been robed while walking through the park because your drivers decided to change routes.
