DISGUSTED!!!!!

So monday evening after work on the C2 bus to Pimville, while getting off, the card machine was NOT working (like always) and so i couldn't tap out of the bus. Got a lift on Tuesday morning. And only used the bus yesterday afternoon from Auckland Park to Thokoza Park like i do every afternoon after work. And now because i hadn't tapped out the previous afternoon, the normal thing to do is to tap out first then tap in. Now a very RUDE young man (Tebogo Zwane) told me that he wont allow me to tap out as it is not his fault that i didn't tap out and that I (ME) should've made sure that i tapped out. How? Because the bus itself was not working, I don't know. He was very hostile and caused a scene in front of everyone else, "explaining" rules that no one from REA VAYA makes sure that every customer is aware of. As a result i was charged a penalty fee (of which i want to be refunded) for something i feel was WAY beyond my control.
