Damaged card

Good Day<br> <br> At the begining on August my Rea Vaya Card was damaged, i then took it to their customer care to report the matter, i was then told ill have to wait 20 days for them to transfer my money into my new card, now 20 days has long passed, and now no one is willing to give me answers, we are now in october and still they have not put back my money in the new card, yesterday I went ot check now they are telling me i must wait 5 months for me to get back my money.<br> <br> Im very dissapointed with Rea Vaya, i beleive they dont take our complains seriously when a person calls their call center number the people there are just not in the mood to answer quaestions. What kind of bus system is this, how can it takes so long to credit back my money.<br> <br> I have waited too long i want my money back
