customer stervice training

Good day Sir,

I am furiously angry and disappointed by the level of service I have received form the REA VAYA staff yesterday at 12:00 at the conhill station,

My incident: I came to the station during my lunch to take a bus to town and I had to load my card, the machine was offline (I understand). But the cashier was wearing headsets and I greeted with no response, I remained calm regardless, she tries assisting with attitude instructing me to put the card using sign language, however the machine failed to process. Okay I then asked them to pass which they advised that I cannot pass as they are not allowed, I understand they were instructed, but the manner that they addressed me with was unacceptable. I asked whether do they have single trip cards they said no. I spoke to one of the ladies who was too busy on her cell phone to assist me, and let me pass I will load on the other station as I had CASH and A VALID CARD. The lady advised me that she does not want to attend hearings which I felt it was not necessary for her to tell me that. Customer service is nil at rea vaya and making comparison to GAUTRAIN . your services are bad. After a while on the argument thy tell me they have double trip tickets and by then how many buses have passed and my lunch has been wasted. If the problem is with your machines and maybe the staff is tampering with the machines to generate cash for themselves then you need to speed up the self service process so that we cannot deal with these incompetence red ants, because I do not see the point of them being there, They cannot even marshal on the platforms or assist priority people like your elderly or disabled. They do their tendencies because they know no disciplinary action will be taken against them. They are so relaxed and not taking their jobs seriously.

I request a strong feedback and the outcomes

I am considering hellopeter turnaround time passed over due
