Con Artists

The Rea Vaya service is nothing but a ****. They are professional con artists! They charge you penalties for their errors and technical issues, like not having electricity at the bus stations or their bus sensors not working when you have to tag out. I just loaded R500 on my card, which was then ******. They told me there is nothing they can do, I will have to forfeit all my money.

They have conned me more than R1000 in the last 2 months.
