COMPLAINT VERY BAD SERVICE THAT DISCRIMINATE

I would like to report the ReaVaya buses F7 route to Crown mines buses 565,591 since I started using it,559 they always faulty on the facility of a ramp for wheelchairs. the lady will arrive at16:30 will most times leave at 18:15 all buses they dont stop or tend to take her like other pssngers and they will wait far from her so she cant climb - the always have an excuse and they are rude. ARE THESE BUSES NOT HAVING A MISSION TO ACCOMODATE ALL PPLE...WHY DISCRIMINATE ...YOUR DRIVERS ARE SO RUDE!!!! ALWAYS LATE ON MONDAYS
