Good day

I send this email with a bleeding heart because almost everyday the F4 busses' tagging machines are not working which costs me R50 for a penalty that I did not cause. I am new to the Reyavaya bus and it puzzle me why I should pay a penalty for machines that need to be serviced. Kinldy look in to this.
