busses not on time

Always in the afternoon. I have to wait for almost an hour for F12 to Library gardens...Even in the morning they never on time...the service they giving us is soooo poor, its like robing us our money ....since I knocked off at 16:00 its 16:48 now...there is no F12 to Library gardens..my feet are sore.really this is not funny....
