On the 4th Dec 2015 the card scanner of the bus wasn't working, this morning when I tap I ws charged penalty. Ohk thats hw they rob ppl cos most of the time their system r nt working. I tapped out again I ws charged a penalty fee. Later today I recharged my card. Again when I tap in I was charged a penalty fee. No Rea Vaya leja batho, ****
