Beyond horrible

Absolutely horrible service from the security lady Ipeleng, a lady and another male at UJ Kingsway Campus on 01/10/26 at 18:15

I was refused to tap me in to load my card which was on *** by a lady with dreadlocks who was incredibly rude & hostile for absolutely no reason

As a woman in South Africa, I was forced to organize alternative transport in the dark of night! Anything could've happened to me

I had to jump off the entrance that we use to enter buses to go home after relentlessly begging Ipeleng and her co workers to provide with service I have NEVER been so humiliated in my life!

I always fill my tag at the UJ campus without any problems but in the afternoon & I had never encountered any problems

Before these three mean musketeers ruined my day & compromised my safety!

I am shocked to see that such rude, uncivilized people exist in this day and age! Shocked is an understatement!
