Bad treatment

<p>Yesterday on the 15th of may at 14.10 at Old Synagoque Westbound Station I had a fight with Security, Cleaner and Cashier they did not want me to tag out so that I can tag in and avoid a penalty. They were so rude and saying that I can not tag out. I need to know if late the bus machine is off line and the next day we are unable to tag out and we get penalised and the treatment was bad is that a good service. The worst you get rude people and the security was worse he even wanted to clap me. I missed my bus because of this big argument. I am sick, having a bladder problem and I was pressed and asked for the toilet and also they did not want to let me in and it was a big problem and I ended up going to another station and my high blood and sugar went high. The service of Rea Vaya very very bad and the employees are worse and so unprofessional , they are only doing favours for friends and families by tagging in and out for FREE Can you please sort this problem.
