Bad systems

I wanted to load my card in the morning of the 23rd of September 2015 and I was told to do a new card as my pin is incorrect. What's the point of using a card if u cannot even do a pin reset on the card?I waited almost 15 mnts only to be told I cannot be assisted what kind of a service is that?Reyavaya is suppose to make our traveling life better but it looks like we are having the same system as taxis
