BAD SERVICE,DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT FROM REA VAYA EMPLOYEE.

today i was very disrespected by one of the rea vaya employee at chancellor station the one after library garden station when you go to soweto.i took a bus at jeppe police station C1 and it was offline and when i get to chancellor station i explain to the lady that C1 that just passed wasn't working so i need to tap in first,she refused to help me even yesterday her station was offline we couldn't tap out on the other bus station when i go home i have to ask them to tap me out first they didn't have problem they assisted me.they understand their bus have system problem as well as the station they get offline as well.the chancellor the one in albertina sisulu road, three bus pass this morning was still in the chancellor try tap in inside the bus but there were not working all of them the lady was just standing not willing assist me, talking with the securities,i told them that i am getting late at work the lady said she doesn't care was very rude stand for almost 30 minutes,she need training how to deal with customers,is not customers fault that their buses are not working.even jump to get out of the station....they shouted me saying i must not used their station again they marked me. i am so hurt, disrespected and humiliated.
