Bad Service from Rea Vaya

I'm very saddened by the service Rea Vaya is now offering commuters, we are treated like we are nothing

Firstly I would like to address the Customer Service in Uj Sophiatown the cashier in that post has a disgusting and rude behaviour he feels like he is doing us a favour being there, I still owed R80 from my previous card and when you go there you will find him chatting it up with his colleague, mind you he's at work and need to assist customers but after all who are we to him. Today a pension was so frustrated that he had to go get to assist us. The funny thing here is that he works in customer service. Tried calling the Rea Vaya Call Centre that's another mess there and I was given a number to Marketing..................still wait for them to pick up even now and hour later.

Secondly the bus tags you are selling to us only work for a month or two, the only way you can tag them you have to spray sanitiser on them what a joke. ReaVaya was meant to help us with affordable transportation but guess who's wasting our money now. Are we being sold **** card because a number of commuters in the morning trying to tag the cards in the morning will be struggling with their cards and then you will get a bus driver who is impatient and rude not willing to assist you or wait which in some parts I understand he/she is on a schedule but be nice sometimes. I lost hope in Rea Vaya, it was a good service before but now it's like dealing with people who only care about profit and not the people.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem
