Bad service

I didn’t tap out because the bus was not working at meadowlands station and the following morning I used a taxi to work and got off at Harrison bus station and I asked Thatho Mooketsi to tap out for me since well the bus was not working yesterday and he decided to tap in instead of out and I incurred a penalty because of that and he didn’t even care about that and he said Its my fault I didn’t tap out so know my card is insufficient.
