bad service

The service you get from there customer care agent its sticking, there don't explain anything to you when you enquire there just tell you there don't know ,even if you request to see there station manager, even worse you call there call center to lay a complain there just hang down there phone on you while you still talk to them. Rea Vaya must fall, if this is the service there provide to there customers its unacceptable .I will make sure I tell everyone that I know who uses it about the bad services that one get.
