Bad service

On the 8th of april 2019 i was at reya vaya brt park station waiting for a bus and a bus with numner 625 travelling to thokoza park came and stopped for us to board.People boarded and as i was about to go on board and was half way inside the bus the driver closed the door regardless of me being completely inside and the closed so hard it hit and almost injured me and i had to push them in order to get outside the bus and i looked at the mirror and saw that he actually saw me and still was looking at me so it shows that his actions were deliberate and chances are thats what he does to other people.I recently paid R600 into my card so that u can be ablr to travel with reya vaya when the need arises but i am not willing to riskmy life or me getting injured.I am dissapointed with this kind of service as we leave our cars at home and use public transport for many known reasons but not to endanger our own lives.Reya vaya subject to such people worling in it is a big risk to us passengers/commuters.
