Bad service

Rea vaya is one hell of a company their bus machines are always not working everytime you need to remember if did not tab out because their machines where not working and you get to be charged a penalty and it's the ndingiliza station they always offline you try to fill up your tag always offline I've been trying to do so since Tuesday it's been offline and the funny part is when you call the call Centre to find out if they online they say yes when you get there it's offline whose lying whose telling the truth it's not fair inconvenience us as their clients a waste of time also going there for nothing
