Herewith would like to express my dissatisfaction with REYA-VAYA Bus. This week has been a terrible experience as commuter of REYA_VAYA and please bear in mind I am a first time commuter of the REYA-VAYA. The first day in the morning the bus came late, the next two days of the morning the bus drivers were driving like the were on a go slow, the forth day the buses were extremely late and were not on time and today was just too much. I was at the bus stop at 06:00 am at Thokoza Station and there were no T2 buses and was only able to get a bust at 06:50 only after the assistants at the station told us that there are no T2 buses and they did not even bother to improvise knowing very well there are many commuters for the T2 bus. When I called yesterday to lodge a complaint till today I am waiting for a Senior Manager to explain to me why is there such incompetency. It is really unacceptable because now my job is on the line because of the inconvenience of the buses. I will not loose my job because of REYA-VAYA. They must shape up! Its unacceptable and they must take responsibility for this matter.
