Bad service

Extremely disappointment with the service that they think they offer. <br> The website mentions that they run every 10 minutes during peak hour and 15 minutes during off peak hour. It does not help calling the call centre all they can do is take the complaint and then???<br> <br> I have got 4 different numbers for Rea Vaya and to my surprise (not really) none of them answer their phones. You can also e-mail them (no wait they don't answer them either)<br> <br> We wait up to 40 minutes for a bus in the morning. When they do eventually arrive you have to stick up your finger or wave like a mad person for them to stop (then you lucky if they stop). They not running a taxi service they running a bus service and we are at a bus stop!!!!<br> <br> The machines on the buses do not work. They put your life if jeopardy because the expect you to get off at UJ Station to tag in but they make you get off into oncoming traffic (bus lane where taxi and buses do 60km an hour).<br> <br> The bus drivers also answer cell phones while driving. Really.<br> <br> Guys the customers are the reason you have a job. Start offering them what we pay for.
