bad service

On Wednesday the 6th my little brother was ****** at gun point amongst his belonging his Reya Vaya card was taken, yesterday we went to Orlando customer care center to make a replacement card and there we were informed that whatever that was loaded on the previous card cannot be replaced and they couldn’t help us even when we produced a purchase receipt, they asked ask to call the call center to get a reference but even if we call they won’t refund him, we were given the head office number ********** 646 we spoke to Marumo Matlebenya who said that the terms and conditions of Reya vaya has change and it was communicated to customers via word of mouth and social media, I then asked to speak to her superior which she gave me a name ( Vaila Gambala ) however Vaila was unavailable to take the call. I called again and I was transferred to extension ********** the lady I spoke with said customers were informed via leaflets that’s no refunds on lost or ****** cards , we then went to 66 JRA office of which they refused to see us. How do we then buy the cards if they are not secured and this boy is doing grade 12 how do we pay for transport money again when we have budgeted for the whole month we bought a trips or points as they call it now for R400, Reya vaya transport system is failing us, how do they say they inform customers on leaflets why are we not informed on point of purchase so that we don’t even load the cards it is pointless to load a card when if it is lost then the business wins and you having nothing to stand on. All we ask is the points to be transferred to the new card.
