BAD SERVICE

The Rea Vaya needs to re-look their smart card system, their loading facilities are always off line, the buses are always offline thus you can not tap in or out of the bus, they charge people R18 penalty, R1.50 loading fee, this is not on, they are ripping people off. <br> Some of he Rea Vaya staff have no people skills, no customer care service and they are extremely rude, they forgetting that its because of the commuters that they get paid a salary at the end of the month. The staff need to go for some heavy Customer Care service training.<br> Its unfortunate that Rea vaya look down on their commuters and they dont give two hoots as long as they getting paid at the end of the month.
