BAD SERVICE

The system on the Rea Vaya stations and buses are always offline. They charge unnecessary penalty fees for their on operational system. I have queried alot of time from their Facebook page to mails with no success of the penalty being reversed. The service is just horrible. You cant take the bus if you dont have a rea vaya card but yet when you want to load funds onto the card their \offline"what is one to do in this stage then? Isn't Rea Vaya for convenience? """
