Bad driving

Good Day i have lodged two complains with rea vaya online there only response im getting its the acknowledgment. I have contacted thier number apprearing on their site if in not mistaken , i spoke to a lady named Jeanene before 15:30 today , the consultant sounded as if she was asleep and had no interest of speaking or advising of the correct procedure. 8th January 2019 , i was involved in an accident were two rea vaya buses collided near Orlando Stadium station , I was in the C1 bus retuning from work . i still living in trauma everytime i have to take the bus

Recently most drivers are very careless and reckless since fro last i have in buses were drivers are driving in an intolarable speed , it is if they been driving taxis before , the concern is how many people should get hurt before this mess gets sorted out

very bad service , call centre included as well
