BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT REAVAYA STAION (BOOMTOWN)

I was man handled and blocked from boarding a bus by the Reavaya Stuff(2 male security guards, 2 female security guards, 2 female reavaya stuff and 1 male reavaya stuff) at Boomtown (Orland Station) on the 25th April between 5:25 pm and 5:35 pm. I was told that they will sort me out as they know how to sort customers out. I sent out an email of complaint to ********** and got no response. I even sent a WhatsApp message to the number : ********** 782 which is made available on each bus but still no response. I have never seen a company that does not care about its customers like Reavaya does, its like they are doing everyone a huge favour!!!
