BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCONVENIENCING
I recently filled my mother's Rea Vaya last week Monday with a sum of R200 bucks and only to find out when i Immediately tag for a trip to Braamfontein it doesn't go through. the bus driver assigns me that my Tag Has expired. My main issue is that if "RED" bus tags expire on August 2018, why did't they advise me to get a new one to make things easier for myself. I was assigned that i will get an SMS within a period of three days which should have been last month. now its almost over 5 days. I have over spent due to the delay of ReaVaya not letting me replace my bus tag immediately after them noticing that mine has expired, i still have to "bail" out a new card. After taking a taxi to Town to inquire about my bus card, i had to walk from Commissioner street to Braamfontein Jobourg Theater. My reason for filling the "rea vaya" bus tag was to save up money, now instead i'm spending way much more that i was. It is strange that if we pay a sum of money to reavaya for trip the whole process is instant but if i have to renew and transfer my trips to a new and different card it takes you a lifetime. Please Kindly resolve my issue.
