Bad customer service

2015/11/04 time 7H05am I went to the station to load my bus tag I went booth where I greeted two ladies who were having a conversation about their personal things I could hear them because they were so loud, I greeted twice they didn't even acknowledge until I left, I have notice that they are CCTV cameras I was not pleased the way they woke up going to work and this is kind service they provide for customers, they cannot even say they were offline because they usually paste a paper on the window, I would appreciate if I get feedback on this, this is shame because our black brothers and sister's they complaining about they are lack of jobs when they find it they don't respect them but when it's a white person they go over the moon to give best customer service that is why i want the person to be reprimanded i cannot allow to be treated like this and let it slide because im afraid that a person might lose a job that he/she doesn't respect...its RISSIK BRT STATION my contacts *** or ***[Email Removed]
