bad customer service

on the 08/07/09 @ Carlton Centre eastbound station the 2 ladies' who where working there don't have customer service, they are rude and lack humanity, the security lady there was worse until i contacted their customer care that's where they want to assist me, attitude like that is not allowed to customers.
