Bad customer experience

The BRT system is failing its customers during peak time. This morning, I waited for nearly an hour at the New Canada station to board a bus from 07h20 until 08h10, which is unacceptable considering that the five buses that passed were overloaded to the max and two express buses passed by with only a few passengers in transit. I sincerely urge the management of the system to look into the fact that buses reach certain places very overloaded, thus some of us, your customers suffer consequently.
