bad Bus Scheduling

We always late due o buses from Naledi to Thokoza and coming back late.Tuesday ,late at 6pm we stood waiting for a bus for 45 minutes while the other bus F1 was just parked on the side and other Buses F2/F9they always on time and they are a lot cpmpared to Naledi and today a Bus that was supposed to pick us at 5:50 did not come through,the 2 Bus left the same time at 5:40 and that inconveniences us .we really need urgent regarding this issue
