Bad attitude from driver

Hi

I want to lay a complaint for a driver of a T1 with number plate YMT997GP on 10/07/2019. The driver was rude to me as I asked him I wanted to get off on boomtown bridge as I never got the communication about getting the F4 buses at Orlando Police Station.. I don't have a problem with getting off at another station but what concerns me is the attitude he gave me near other passengers, it was embarrassing and I believe that we are not supposed to be treated that way as customers... Please address this issue as it's not the 1st time this happens, your drivers are always rude and their driving is really bad...
