Service it's *** ,they treat ppl badly ,we are treated badly ,more training needed to your staff. and stop lying about offline they have don't care attitude there's always a piece of paper written offline at Campus Square for two weeks system is offline everytime, please take us seriously because if it wasn't because of commuters you would have been unemployed and you are not doing us any favours.fix your system we are paying for the *** service that we are getting.

Thokoza park service is better, always willing to assist especially in the morning, it's township but the service compared to Sophia Town is way better . I went there to load because I know that after 3 always offline and there was no signage to say whether system is on or off,pull up your socks.
