Awful customer service

<p>Everytime I go to a Rea Vaya station to want to buy a single trip ticket or the permanent card, the people by the booth are quite rude. I am appalled that this happens at all stations that I have been too. I am also disappointed that they never have permanent cards, it's always one excuse after the other. Rea Vaya is very convenient to get us to places but then their customer service needs a lot of improvement.</p>
