Are vaye, Rea Vaya!

This service has potential to make Johannesburg a truly World Class City. I started using the service recently, but the service is marred by poor customer service and a sense of entitlement from the service staff, particularly at the stations. Traveling to the stations to load one's ticket is not fun, and when you get there being told we are offline, or having to wait because the booth is abandoned! The person on the morning shift left before the person on the afternoon shift arrived. When commuters get to the station, they expect service! May management please pull up their socks and take notes from Gautrain! Now that is world class service!
