Annoyed REAVAYA Commuter

I rely on public transport for all my travel requirements, especially to get me to work. It is an absolute nightmare for me to travel to work in the morning because the busses either arrive late, or don't show up at all. This is a recurrent problem which I have been complaining about since 2015, but absolute no improvement has taken place since. Weekdays, I spend up to an hour waiting for a C5 BUS to arrive. I use the C5 BUS from Ontdekkers in JHB to Milpark Station and same going home in the afternoon. I stand by, watching commuters load and off load the busses day in and day out. By the time I get home, I am so frustrated, knowing that i will have to the repeat the misery the following day. I am a paying customer/commuter and I believe that the C5 Commuters deserve a hell of a lot better than what they a presently being served by REAVAYA.
